Deliveries - Please be aware that we are unable to delay the dispatch date on any orders, including backorders, for any reason.

NORMAL UK DISPATCH - 1-3 WORKING DAYS FOR DISPATCH.

PLEASE NOTE: The DISPATCH time is when the item will leave our warehouse
Delivery usually takes 1-5 working days AFTER DISPATCH for 1st class or standard parcels.

COURIER DISPATCH - 1-3 WORKING DAYS FOR DISPATCH -NEXT DAY DELIVERY - Please ensure that you check our courier items before signing or sign as unchecked otherwise any claim for damages cannot be made!

EU & British Isles - Airmail - 1-3 WORKING DAYS FOR DISPATCH -
Airmail delivery times vary from country to country but are usually 3 - 10 working days.

The normal delivery time from dispatch to your door is 3-5 working days UK, but the delivery time can be
up to 10 working days (2 weeks) from dispatch at Royal Mails peak times. All dispatch and delivery times given are estimates, and we can give no guarantees on exact delivery times.

Despite our best efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office as they may have tried to deliver your package, but were unable to. Should you have not received your full order within 28 days of DISPATCH then please click here to report it. Written, signed confirmation of non-delivery may be required.

PAYMENT - Cash, Postal order, Cheque and all major debit & credit cards except American Express via Paypal (requires no registration up to £650) or WWW.NOCHEX.COM (No need to register up to £100 - UK cards). Should you enter a card type which we do not accept, you will be advised at the time of ordering. You must ensure that all details given for payment are correct and that you are an authorised user of that payment card.
Should a situation arise whereby we need to contact you because of a payment problem, then an e-mail will be sent to you advising of this once the order has been processed in our offices.
Goods will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full (except back orders - see below).

VAT & TAXES -If the delivery address for your order is in the United Kingdom, all prices shown are FULLY INCLUSIVE of UK VAT where applicable and all goods are in FREE CIRCULATION within the EU. No further duties or taxes are payable upon receipt of your order - we pay these for you.

For all deliveries which are made outside of the UK, you may be asked to pay Sales Tax at the correct rate for your delivery country. This may be charged on top of the price paid to us, and is collected by your Post Office when your goods are delivered.

Security - of your payment details is as important to us as it is to you, and to that end our payment pages are fully encrypted on our own secure web server. When you are confirming your details look out for the 'Padlock' symbol in your web browser and the HTTPS prefix!

Back Orders - We endeavour to maintain full stock of all the products featured on our website. Our system shows an indication of the stock we hold of each item. Items ordered which are found to be out of stock are placed on Back Order automatically by our system. When an item is out of stock, please be assured that it is already on order by us and will be dispatched as soon as possible.
You will not be charged any extra P&P (above what you have already paid) for items placed on backorder. You may cancel any back ordered item provided that it has not been dispatched - please click here to do this.

Cancellation of Order - You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receipt and have a refund for any cancelled items provided that you return the goods to us in perfect condition and that the return does not consist of any copyrighted or perishable goods. The goods to be returned must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging. We do not refund your original order postage cost, and the cost of return postage is payable by you. We suggest that you use a recorded delivery method as we can not be held responsible for any losses incurred in transit back to us.

Returns - Should you wish to return goods to us...
To return an unwanted item you can do so within 7 days of the date of purchase. Please see above.
To return a faulty item, please click here to contact us for a returns number.
It may be that a fault can be rectified, and a return deemed unnecessary.

Shortages and Errors - It is your responsibility to contact us regarding any shortages or packing errors within 7 days of receipt of goods. You must check all items are exactly as ordered upon receipt.

Product Images, Descriptions, Information and Packaging - Photographs of items offered for sale are for illustrative purposes only. To achieve the very best selling prices, some products are split from manufacturers packs or multi-packs, and therefore may not arrive boxed. In all cases we try to be 100% accurate, however occasionally a descriptive mistake can be made. In such a case we will be happy to refund in full if you are not happy that the item was fairly described. We cannot accept any consequential costs other than that of return postage.
We do not condone the use of our images or descriptions on other 3rd party web sites.

Prices and Availability - Our business is very dynamic, and we always like to offer you the very best prices. Prices can fluctuate according to market trends, and availability is subject to demand. In all cases, we reserve the right to cancel any order where a pricing error has been made.

Communication - By using zenideas.co.uk, you accept that Internet based communication is an adequate form of long distance communication between us. Please Click here for customer support. We do ask for a contact phone number in case we need to discuss payment issues with you. We will not call you for any reason other than to discuss your order.

Privacy - 100% we respect your personal privacy and will keep all of your information confidential. zenideas.co.uk will not disclose any buyers information to any third parties and your e-mail address details are safe with us. We do occasionally send out promotional emails with details of products and special offers that you may be interested in. You always have the option on the bottom of these emails, to remove your e-mail address from any future use by us.

Children - zenideas.co.uk does not sell products for purchase by children. We do however sell children's products for purchase by adults. If you are under 18, you may use zenideas.co.uk only with the involvement of your parent(s) or guardian(s).
