Cost: You will find our shipping costs very reasonable as each item / order is priced individually, according to total weight and packaging expense. To see cost simply add to cart and click on checkout button. (no need to register)
Standard UK shipping time via Royal Mail 1st class, Standard parcels or Courier for larger items, is 2-5 days depending on the size, quantity and nature of the items being dispatched. Our handling time is 1-3 days
Overseas shipping is via Royal Mail Airmail small packets or Parcelforce - Normally 3-10 working days
Couriered items must be signed for as unchecked or damaged for any insurance claim to be made and reported within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

We accept cheques, postal orders, cards, NOCHEX & Paypal.
Once you confirm your order, you’ll be automatically redirected to PayPal’s or NOCHEX secure page to pay for your order. If you have a PayPal account, enter your log in details here.

Lost or delayed items
Please allow up to 10 working days for your item to arrive before contacting us. We can only make enquiries via Royal Mail after this time. Your item may be waiting at your local Royal Mail depot.

If you are unhappy with your purchase: You can return it to us in its original condition and packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure packaging is secure as it may not be possible to refund or replace an item damaged during return transit. Please include a note stating reason for return and we will refund the cost of the item but not the postage
If the item is defective: Please contact us first to obtain a reference number and return the item with any original packaging and include a note stating damage or defect and returns reference number . We will refund the cost of the item original postage and return postage.
Cancelling an Item: Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 14 working days of delivery. Exceptions are any items made specifically for you. To cancel a contract please send your complaint in writing, giving the reason for the return as "Contract cancellation". Please package the relevant item securely and send it to us so that we are in receipt within seven working days of the date that the item was delivered to you. The return address is:

For your protection, we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the goods to you in error, the goods are damaged, or you are not absolutely satisfied with the quality of your goods. If we do not receive the goods back from you, we may arrange for collection of the goods from your residence at your expense. Please be aware that during this collection process, you will not be able to cancel any contracts for services carried out by us (for example, postage and packing). As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for those goods.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
